HPC Foodservice is currently looking for a Field Service Technician to join their service team.  Our service department, Proline Systems, provides our customers with the repair and maintenance of their kitchen and laundry appliances.  This is a full-time position. 

Essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

• Responsible for the repair, maintenance and support of commercial kitchen and laundry appliances.
• Promptly and professionally respond to service calls from our dispatch center.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as required.
• Accurately and professionally respond to questions from customers regarding equipment operation.
• Perform periodic audits, routine diagnostics, calibrations and/or preventative maintenance tasks following set schedules.
• Accurately and promptly report all maintenance activity and parts usage.
• Complete necessary paperwork, report on assigned work and assist in the completion of records, reports, and other documents.
• Troubleshoot equipment and analyze appropriate documents to determine cause of malfunctions in equipment.
• Other tasks as required or as directed by the Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager.

Candidate needs background in repair of commercial foodservice and preparation equipment.  Must have strong people skills required to deal with all types of people.  Excellent capacity for dealing with internal/external customers.  High School diploma required, as well as a minimum of three years of industry experience.
